About This Place

Nestled just off the bustling casino floor of the Wynn in Las Vegas, Allegro brings an authentic taste of Italy to the heart of the city’s vibrant entertainment district. This Italian restaurant invites guests into a warm and stylish setting where rich flavors and refined craftsmanship take center stage. Whether you're seeking a romantic dinner or a lively night out with friends, Allegro’s elegant atmosphere, detailed décor, and the soft hum of the casino just beyond the windows create a unique dining environment that charms from the moment you step inside.

The menu is a curated journey through Italy’s culinary classics, punctuated by an innovative vegan selection that ensures everyone can savor the flavors of Italy. The standout dishes here truly elevate Italian cuisine to an art form. Imagine the Veal Chop Parmigiana: a perfectly pounded veal chop nestled under a luscious blanket of melted mozzarella and vibrant tomato sauce, a dish that impresses both in appearance and depth of flavor. Pizza lovers will delight in the Margarita Pizza and the lighter, elegantly simple Bianca Pizza, each bite revealing a harmony of fresh, quality ingredients and expert baking.

Seafood aficionados are in for a treat with the Lobster Fra Diavolo and the Risotto Pescatora, a rich, creamy risotto brimming with shrimp, mussels, clams, octopus, and scallops, offering a beautifully balanced medley of oceanic flavors. The Linguini with Clams is another must-try, exuding delicate briny notes with every forkful. For those who appreciate the comfort of traditional Italian fare, the Rigatoni & Meatballs, crafted with housemade beef and pork meatballs simmered in a robust tomato sauce, stands out as a hearty and satisfying choice.

Starters such as the Prosciutto & Mozzarella Platter — a selection of Prosciutto di Parma, Finocchiona, and housemade burrata — and the Burrata Caprese Salad with heirloom cherry tomatoes and basil pine nut pesto provide a fresh and decadent beginning to your meal. Light and flavorful, these first courses showcase Allegro’s dedication to using exceptional ingredients that sing with authenticity.

Allegro’s vegan offerings are equally impressive, featuring Impossible™ Meatballs paired with almond ricotta and a vibrant tomato sauce, and the Baked Vegan Lasagna Bolognese, which reinvents a classic with plant-based innovation and comforting creaminess. These options are a testament to the kitchen’s versatility and thoughtful attention to dietary preferences without sacrificing any flavor.

Guests consistently highlight not only the exquisite dishes but also the attentive and knowledgeable staff. While occasional lapses in service have been noted, the majority praise the welcoming ambiance and the team’s ability to accommodate special requests and allergies with care and precision — as one diner raved about a custom creamy pesto salmon entrée not listed on the menu, demonstrating Allegro’s commitment to personalized dining experiences.

Dining at Allegro is more than just a meal; it feels like being part of a vibrant, yet intimate culinary story where every plate tells a tale of Italy’s rich gastronomic heritage. Whether you’re savoring the perfectly grilled rib eye, indulging in the decadence of tiramisu, or sharing a generous Caesar salad with friends, this restaurant offers an unforgettable escape into authentic Italian flavors, all set within the electric heart of Las Vegas.

A very inviting restaurant off the casino floor at the Wynn. We dined here last night for dinner and if seated right, you can view the passerby’s on the casino floor. The restaurant has beautiful decor and a lively ambiance. Our waiter was welcoming and pleasant. We were a bit disappointed with the overly battered calamari as well as the risotto dish. The risotto was tasty, however there were many grains which tells me it was undercooked. The waiter attempted to make an excuse but the damage was already done. One of the diners had to wait for them to redo the meal. The lobster dish as well as the linguine and clams were both delicious. We did not try any of the wines or cocktails. It was an enjoyable evening overall and we would revisit the restaurant but they do need to work on the risotto dish.

These people are the best with our food allergies! This creamy pesto salmon is NOT on the menu. I asked specifically for it & its a 1000% choice! My wife ordered a steak & she said it was so tender ! She likes it well done. Wow these people have it TOGETHER! We come twice a year!

My wife and I had a great experience at Allgro on our recent visit. Food was amazing! I had the linguine with clams and my wife had Cacio E Pepe. They were both fantastic. Hostess, food, servers, were amazing. Waiter must of been having a bad night, he was not very attentive. FYI - the ceaser salad is HUGE. Split it with your table. Our waiter failed to mention that and we both ordered one. We wasted $22 and a whole lot of salad. Waiter should have said something....... We will plan to come back on our next visit.

This is our first time going as my friend told me they had the best pizza in Vegas, and I wouldn’t disagree with him. The interior is beautiful and service is excellent. Here’s what we ordered: Eggplant parmsean: I’ve had really good eggplant parms but this one did it for me today. It is literally the MOST spectacular dish here and the eggplant was made to perfect. There is just enough sauce and the crispy mozarella cheese on top is top knotch. Burrata Caprese: I was originally not planning on eating this but their fresh tomatoes paired with basil pine nut pesto and balsamic sauce is the best. I’ve never had anything like this before, I was truly impressed. Minestrone soup: this was our least favorite dish amongst all the other delicious dishes but still good enough. Margherita pizza: this was my friend’s favorite and it was definitely one of the most delicious margherita pizza. It wasn’t super chewy as sometimes marghertia pizzas tend to be. Bosco pizza: definitely the BEST pizza in town. It’s crispy on the outside and bottom but creamy with the ricotta cheese on the top. It’s a perfect bite without too much truffle oil and I was left speechless. I would definitely come back. Broccoli & mascaprone ravioli: one of the best ravioli as it’s extremely flavorful and creamy. Not oily at all and perfect texture. Lemon semifreddo: quiet to the contrary, it wasn’t bad at all. Lemon flavor wasn’t too strong and the texture was surprisingly well balanced. I’m usually a chocolate fan for dessert but this was nice for a switch up.

Food here is fantastic. Came with a larger group and had the rigatoni with meatballs - delicious. Pricey but hey it’s Vegas!

We visited Wynn Las Vegas again during the holidays and enjoyed our Christmas lunch at Allegro. We were incredibly fortunate to be served by Angelia, who gave us one of the most memorable dining experiences we’ve ever had at Allegro. From the moment we were seated, she welcomed our family with such warmth and genuine kindness. She explained the menu beautifully, paid close attention to every detail, and made us feel truly cared for throughout the meal. Her service was not only professional, but also heartfelt and sincere. Angelia is lovely on the outside, but her kindness and beautiful heart truly stood out even more. We are deeply grateful for her exceptional service, and I wanted to share this review as a small token of our appreciation. She truly made our Christmas lunch special and unforgettable. Thank you, Angelia!

I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in Vegas. The pizza was amazing! It was thin, crunchy, and delicious. Big shoutout to Summer, for making sure we had an awesome experience. Great food, great service, and they close late!

Allegro at Wynn was outstanding! We had dinner here twice during our stay and loved it both times. The service was great, and the food was absolutely delicious. The Rigatoni with meatballs and the Veal Parm were both excellent, and the Caesar salad was just as good. Definitely recommend saving room for dessert — the tiramisu was so delicious!
